Demo existing structure & construct a new single story, approx 2,000 sf CMU structure with wood trusses, galvanized roof, hardie siding, and exposed cedar support columns. Barn has 8 stalls, with high strength epoxy rubber floors in 6 and crushed granite on the other 2. All walls are finish with epoxy coating along with wall protection pad in the stalls. The Barn also features a squeeze wall with several access doors for animal care along with a loading chute, a continuous trough drain and boot bath at each entry at the caretakers side. Climate controlled conditions are provided to the entire barn, along with built in feeder and waters. Each stall allows animal access to outside space divided by pulley controlled wooded sliding doors.
