Chaparral Insulation New Offices

Chaparral Insulation – New Offices, located in Waco, Texas, included the renovation of a combined 14,000 sq. ft. warehouse and office space. The renovation consisted of encapsulating 8,000 sq. ft. of an existing 35,000 sq. ft. warehouse space, a total interior and exterior gut of an existing 4,000 sq. ft. office space and a total gut of a 2,000 sq. ft. second level office space. A new 200 lf fire wall was constructed to separate the existing warehouse space from the new office space. Once completed, the project consisted of 12,000 sq. ft. of office space on the first floor and a 2,000 sq. ft. second level fitness and mechanical space. The site work package included grading, landscape, irrigation and 2,000 sq. ft. of ADA accessible sidewalk improvements. Construction of the $1.2 Million facility started in November 2016 and was completed in July 2017 (3 weeks ahead of schedule).
