Crestview Church of Christ

This is a 42,186 square feet total renovation consisting of a 24,850 sf first floor and a 17,336 sf second floor. The renovation of this building included updating and remodeling the church worship center with a new baptistry, new pews, a state of the art sound and audio visual, and all new finishes. This project also included complete renovations and upgrades to the kitchen space, restrooms, classrooms, and church offices and a small addition to the church’s food pantry. Everything in this building was updated and received new finishes.

The church has a mothers’ daycare center that operates in the church and it was very crucial that this was kept open during construction. A lot of planning took place to keep this center in operation and still maintain the necessary HVAC systems, restroom facilities, and  emergency exits to keep the occupants of this space safe. The entrance and exit to this area had to be strategically planned to allow safe  access to the building and not conflict with the construction activities. Not only was the mothers’ daycare open for the entirety of the project, the Owner saved thousands of dollars by using the same coordination and creativity to keep the offices open so that church business could continue as usual.
