This 2,000-acre resort will be the site of the 2018 AGC Texas Building Branch Annual Convention – June 6-9, 2018. Joe Hardy (84 Lumber founder) takes pride in making enhancements to his crown jewel. The beginning, 1987 Joe Hardy purchases the former hunting lodge at Nemacolin at a bankruptcy sale. His dream to create a world class resort with golf, a spa and fine dining options.
